Instead, you manually enter each domain or URL.
Log into Bing Webmaster Tools.
Go to “Configure my site” and then select “Disavow Links.”
Within the Disavow Links tool, use the dropdown menu to indicate that you are disavowing a page, directory, or domain URL.
Enter the URL you want to disavow and click “Disavow.”

In other words, you can ask Google not to take certain links into account when assessing your site. This is an advanced feature and should only be used with caution.
