Tackling Your Challenges

Tackling your challenges usually includes facing one or more fears. This is a process that takes some time to learn. What are the fears you tried to avoid and what did you do to overcome those fears?

When I recognize my fear symptoms arising, I sit down and think about what is happening to me. I also go for a walk, nature calms me, reducing stress levels and changing moods from anxious to relaxed.
